Turner Fest
The annual TURNER FEST happens this afternoon and throughout the night!! Bring a dish to share for the evening meal, share songs, stories, poems yourself or just listen to wonderful music. This happens at 37688 Tulaby Lake Dr, Waubun, MN. It is a FREE event. This is a special day of music. Starts around 2 in the afternoon. All are welcome. Bring a chair of some sort or a blanket to put on the grass. Sit under the tent or sun!! Great day!!

Elbow Cabin Concerts
You may recall Dean and Peggy doing a "show in the shed" a few years ago. It was a delightful show and they have agreed to do an Elbow Cabin Concert for us. Dean and Peggy take a light-hearted approach to their musical performances. They entertain with Celtic and old-time fiddle tunes and many of the songs they sing are from a century or so ago. They always wind up interspersing a good deal of humor into their shows. Their musical goal is to make you smile while you tap your toes.BUT PLEASE NOTE THE TIMES BELOW. WE ARE TRYING AN AFTERNOON SHOW!! HOPE IT WILL WORK FOR YOU! Meet and greet them around 2:30 with their show at 3. After their show we will pause for snacks and visiting which will be followed by a "song pull" where all are welcome to share a story, poem or song. Seating is limited so please let me know if you are attending. We recommend a donation of $15.00 per person which will all go to Dean and Peggy. Assisted living show
At 2PM today I will share songs at a Cornerstone Assisted Living facility in Bagley, MN. I will be the one learning the most from the residents.

Tuesdays in the Park Performance
I will be at the Bandshell in Detroit Lakes, MN tonight. It's near the lake!! I am so excited to be able to once again share stories and songs. Begins at 7:00 PM. Bring a chair or spread a blanket on the grass. Concert is FREE but donations will be accepted. If you have a request, bring it along!! There will be food available starting at 5:30 which is a fundraiser for Fuller Center of Housing. So come early and enjoy the evening!! I know I will! Click on link above for more details.

Ageless Expo Performance
Today, The Center, in Brainard, MN, is hosting a day long "Ageless Expo" in the Forestview Middle School in Baxter, MN. (12149 Knollwood Drive.) Activities there will be all day. I will share songs and stories from 1:30-2:30
